2008 (12) TMI 223 - HC - Customs

The High Court at Calcutta allowed an application for condonation of delay of 509 days due to the counsel's accident and wife's illness. The matter will appear on 17th December, 2008. All parties are to act on a signed copy of the minutes of the order. Urgent Xerox certified copy of the order will be supplied upon application.
