2001 (1) TMI 141 - AT - Central Excise

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT in New Delhi confirmed a duty demand of Rs. 1,03,881.09 on manufacturers of fertilizer for using raw naphtha in generating electricity for residential complex. Other duty demands and penalties were set aside based on the Supreme Court's decision.
