The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT, Mumbai directed the pre-deposit of penalty of Rs. 1 lakh within eight weeks for misdeclaration of imported Palm Acid Oil. Failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. Compliance to be reported by 22-12-2003.
