Two times disposal of same appeal - appeal registered as E/3319/00 has already been disposed on 23-7-02 for which order dated 7-10-08 passed was uncalled for since when no appeal survived on that day by virtue of order dated 23-7-08. - Registry is required to monitor the system so that aforesaid mistake does not recurs in future and should also cause an enquiry how such lapse occurred. The enquiry report along with this appeal folder be placed to Hon ble President for appropriate administrative direction
