2010 (5) TMI 148 - AT - Service Tax

The appeal is dismissed for want of CoD clearance with liberty to apply for restoration as and when clearance is granted. Cross objection also dismissed accordingly. The judgment was delivered by Hon'ble Smt. Jyoti Balasundaram, Vice-President on 14-05-2010.
