1995 (12) TMI 105 - AT - Customs

The appeal was against the classification of imported turbines under Heading 84.07 instead of Heading 90.21 for educational purposes. The tribunal upheld the classification under Chapter 84, stating that turbines are machines falling under that chapter. The appeal was rejected.
