1996 (8) TMI 235 - AT - Customs

The appeal was against the rejection of a refund claim for importing "Yoke" as spare parts for compressors. The Notification exempts component parts for refrigeration equipment, not spares. The Tribunal rejected the appeal based on previous rulings distinguishing between components and spares.
