Seeks to bring in force provisions of Section 19(f) of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 - S.O. 4031(E) - Competition Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th September, 2024 S.O. 4031(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 (9 of 2023) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th day of September, 2024 as the date on which the provisions of clause (f) of section 19 of the said Act shall come into force.
