Service Tax — Exemption to non-life insurance premium of specified Diplomatic Missions — Notification No. 10/96-Service Tax amended

[Notification No. 11/96-Service Tax, dated 23-12-1996]

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 93 of the Finance Act, 1994 (32 of 1994), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 10/96-Service Tax, dated the 26th November, 1996 [G.S.R. 543(E), dated the 26th November, 1996], namely :-

In the said notification, in Schedule, S. No. 58 and entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
