Note: 1. Item at (4) viz. Estofil Dyes (Master Batch) is allowed in case of Dyed Yarn only and in that case Polyester Chips, i.e. item at S.No.(1) may accordingly be restricted to 1.0 kg instead of 1.05 kg to account for quantity of Polymeresent in the Master Batch. If Dye is being imported as pure and not in the form of Master Batch, then it should be restricted to 30% viz. 0.0315 kg only instead of 0.105 kg. 2. The item No.6 may be allowed @ 0.546 Ltr./kg of Polyester Texturised Yarn and @ 0.182 Ltr./kg of POY.
