However, entitlement of raw materials used for manufacture of the components will be deducted from thecumulative list of raw materials indicated as above. (ii) Any combination of the following components on net to net basis for bicycles with special features. Net to net a) Deraillers system b) Coaster Hub Brake c) Dynamo with head and/ or tail light d) Reflectors e) Decals f) One piece crank Note: 1. Entitlement of inputs for complete bicycle having lower weight will be worked out on prorata basis. Normally, bicycle having weights above 17 kg are not exported. However if weight of Bycycle exceeds by 10% i.e. upto 18.70 kg the same may also be considered by the RLA on pro-rata basis. 2. If the bicycle is exported with moulded P.U. Saddle, the import of Polyol isocynate to the extent of 100 gms and 66 gms respectively per Saddle shall be permitted. Correspondingly, the quantity of the input at Sl.No. 7 viz. PVC Compound/ Polypropylene/ Polystyrene shall be reduced by 158 gms. The description of resultant product shall be accordingly amended to read as "Bicycle with P.U. Saddle".
