Entitlement of inputs will be calculated on the basis of net weight of different inputs in the export product. Ratio of inputs will be as per above standard input output norms. 2. In case of bicycle productsto be Nickel Plated, the Nickel will be allowed at the rate of 1% of the net weight of the steel to be Nickel Plated. 3. Zinc will be allowed at the rate of 3% of the net weight of the parts to be galvanised. 4. Paints, preparationchemicals and thinner will be allowed at the rate of 1.08% of the net weight of the parts to be painted. 5. Plating salts will be allowed at the rate of 2% of the net weight of the parts to be plated. 6. Packing Material will be allowed as per the packing policy. 7. However if weight of Bicycle components exceeds by 10% , the same may also be considered by RLA on pro-rata basis. This note is applicable to SIONs at Sr.Nos. C-31 to C-56, C-58 to C-92 and C-94 to C-122. 8. In all the above export products, the net weight of different items as per the above standard norms shall be indicated alongwith the export obligation to be imposed.
