Disposal of Records (In the Offices of the Registrar of Companies) Rules, 2003

Rule 1	:	Short title and commencement.
Rule 2	:	Definitions.
Rule 3	:	Certain documents to be preserved permanently.
Rule 4	:	Destruction of documents.
Rule 5	:	Preservation of documents specified in Schedule II.
Rule 6	:	Registered documents of foreign companies.
Rule 7	:	Records to be preserved for three years
Rule 8	:	Record of document destroyed to be maintained.
Rule 9	:	Application of other rules not barred.
Appendix	:	(Particulars of documents relating to companies)
