Notice to Registrar of rectification of register. In the case of a company required by this Act to file a list of its members and a list of its debenture holders with the Registrar, the Court, when making an order for rectification of the register, shall, by its order, direct notice of the rectification to be filed by the company with the Registrar within thirty days from the date of the making of the order. Explanation . In computing the period of thirty days prescribed under this section, the time taken in drawing up the order of the Court and in obtaining a copy of that order shall be excluded."
