Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010

Notification No. G.S.R. 266(E), dated 30-3-2010 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 read with section 79 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules: Short title and commencement 1. (1) These rules may be called the Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010. (2) They shall come into force from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
