Rule 124 - Application by Liquidator appointed by Tribunal - Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010

Application by Liquidator appointed by Tribunal 124. (1) The Liquidator may, if required, apply to the Tribunal for an order directing any person, who, in his opinion, is liable to furnish a statement of affairs under rule 28, to prepare and submit such a statement or concur in making the same and notice of the application shall be served on the person against whom the order is sought. (2) Where the Tribunal makes the order, such order shall be in Form No. 36 with such variations as may be necessary.
