Partners and Officers of LLP to attend and give information 128. The Liquidator may from time to time hold personal interviews with any such person, as is mentioned in rule 28 or rule 37 for the purpose of investigating the LLP s affairs, and it shall be the duty of every such person to attend on the Liquidator at such time and place as the Liquidator may appoint and give the Liquidator all information that he may require and answer all such questions as may be put to him by the Liquidator. The Liquidator shall maintain minutes of the interview held by him or memoranda containing the substance of such interviews.
