Application against delinquent partners, designated partners and officers of the LLP Applications in connection with Liability for fraudulent conduct of business or to assess damages against delinquent partners, etc. 225. An application shall be made by a summons returnable in the first instance in chambers. The summons shall state the nature of the declaration or order for which the application is made, and the grounds of the application, and shall be served on every person against whom an order is sought not less than seven days before the day named in the summons for the hearing of the application. It shall not be necessary to file any affidavit or report before the return of the summons. The summons shall be in Form No. 74 or 74A with such variations as may be necessary.
