Rule 231 - Service of notice - Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010

Service of notice 231. Notice of the date fixed for the hearing of the summons shall be in Form No. 77, and shall be served not less than seven days before the date fixed for the hearing, together with a copy of the summons and of the affidavit filed in support thereof. The notice shall require that any affidavit-in-opposition to the summons shall be filed in Tribunal and a copy thereof served on the Liquidator of the LLP not later than two days before the date fixed for the hearing.
