Notice to Registrar of Companies and Central Government. [15] 40. Notice of the petition and the date of the hearing thereof shall in every case be given to the Registrar of Companies, and where the petitioner is a limited company, registered without the word 'limited' under section 25, such notice shall also be given to the Central Government. ----------------------------------- Notes:- [15] Powers of the Court have been conferred on the Company Law Board by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1974, w.e.f. 1-2-1975.
