Unless in any particular case the Court shall otherwise direct, every order sanctioning the issue of shares at a discount shall contain a direction that a certified copy of such order be delivered to the Registrar of Companies for registration within one month from the date of the order, and that the order shall not take effect until such certified copy has been so delivered. ----------------------------------- Notes:- [20] Powers of the Court have been conferred on the Company Law Board by the Companies (Amendment) Act, 1974, w.e.f. 1-2-1975.
