Affidavit in opposition. 103. Any affidavit intended to be used in opposition to the petition shall be filed not less than 5 days before the date fixed for the hearing of the petition, and a copy of the affidavit shall be served on the petitioner or his advocate forthwith. Copies of the affidavit shall also be given to any creditor or contributory appearing in support of the petition who may require the same on payment of the prescribed charges.
