District Judge) Order directing public examination Upon reading the further report of the Official Liquidator in the above matter dated the .................. day of .................. 19 ..... made under section 455(2), etc., It Is Ordered: 1. That the several persons whose names and addresses are set forth in the Schedule hereto do attend before the Court on the day and hour to be appointed for the purpose, and be publicly examined as to the promotion or formation or the conduct of the business of the company, or as to their conduct and dealings as officers of the company. 2. That notice of the date fixed for the examination be advertised in one issue (Each) of (here set out the newspaper or newspapers in which the advertisement is to be inserted) and such notice be served on the persons to be examined not less than 7 days before the date of the examination. 3. That the examination shall be held before (here name the officer* and follow up with any further directions that may be given relating to the conduct of the examination or the matters on which the persons are to be examined).
