Rule 1 - Short title - Notified Goods (Prevention of Illegal Import) Rules, 1969

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11C, 11D, 11E, 11F and 11G of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely :— 1. Short title. — These rules may be called the Notified Goods (Prevention of Illegal Import) Rules, 1969.
