Furnishing of consolidated statement. - (1) For every financial year, the depository shall provide a consolidated statement of details in the electronic format, as specified in Form C, on all the Rajiv Gandhi Equity Savings Scheme beneficiaries to the Director General of Income -tax (Systems) or any other person authorised by him, within a period of two months from the end of the relevant financial year. (2) If the depository, having furnished a consolidated statement under sub- paragraph(1), discovers any omission or any wrong particulars therein, it may furnish a revised statement at any time on or before the 31st day of December of the financial year immediately following the financial year for which the consolidated statement has been furnished.] ----------------------- Notes: 1.
