Amendment of section 281B 75. In section 281B of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (2), with effect from the 1 st day of October, 2014,- (i) in the first proviso, for the words two years , the words two years or sixty days after the date of order of assessment or reassessment, whichever is later shall be substituted; (ii) the second and third proviso shall be omitted.
