Amendment of Act 14 of 2010 119. In the Finance Act, 2010, in section 83, in sub-section (3), for the portion beginning with the words for the purposes of and ending with the words for any other purpose relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely:- for the purposes of financing and promoting clean environment and energy initiatives, funding research in the area of clean environment or clean energy, or for any other purpose relating thereto. .
