Investment by Mutual Funds and other Funds The purchase of foreign securities by Mutual Funds, Venture Capital Funds and Alternative Investment Funds shall be subject to these regulations, and such other terms and conditions as may be notified by the Reserve Bank and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) from time to time.] ***************************8 Note : 1. Has been substituted vide Notification No. 150/2006-RB dated 21/8/2006 , before it was read as, Mutual Funds may purchase foreign securities subject to such terms and conditions as it may be notified by SEBI from time to time. 2.
