Rule 1 - Short title - Foreign Exchange (Authentication Of Documents) Rules, 2000

G.S.R. No. 380(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 46 read with the Section 39 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to govern the procedure of authentication of documents, namely :- 1. Short title. (1) These rules may be called the Foreign Exchange (Authentication of Documents) Rules, 2000. (2) They shall come into force on Ist day of June, 2000.
