Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - Prevention of Money- laundering (Restoration of Confiscated Property) Rules, 2016

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) NEW DELHI Notification No. 4/2016 Dated 26-9-2016 G.S.R. 913 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and clause (x) of sub- section (2) of section 73 , read with sub-section (8) of section 8 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- Short title and commencement 1. (1) These rules may be called the Prevention of Money- laundering (Restoration of 1 [*******] Property) Rules, 2016.
