Amendment of certain Acts . 173. Save as otherwise provided in this Act, on and from the date of commencement of this Act,- the following provisions of law shall be omitted. (i) Sec 14 of the Telangana Municipal Corporations Act, 1994, in so far as it refers to clause (f) of Sub section (1) of section197 of Hyderabad Municipal Corporations Act,1955 ; (ii) Clause (f) of Sub section (1) of section197 of Hyderabad Municipal Corporations Act,1955 ; (iii) Sec 114 of the Telangana Municipalities Act, 1965; (iv) Section 63 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, 1994;
