Rule 14 - Leave and Foreign Travel Sanctioning Authority - National Financial Reporting Authority (Manner of Appointment and other Terms and Conditions of Service of Chairperson and Members) Rules, 2018

14. Leave and Foreign Travel Sanctioning Authority . - (1) The leave sanctioning authority,- (a) for a full-time member, shall be the chairperson and in case of absence of chairperson, the Central Government; and (b) for the chairperson, shall be the Central Government. (2) The Central Government shall be the sanctioning authority for foreign travel of the chairperson or a full-time member.
