CHAPTER X MISCELLANEOUS Power of the Board to issue clarifications 75. In order to remove any difficulties in the application or interpretation of these regulations, the Board shall have the power to issue clarifications and guidelines in the form of notes or circulars which shall be binding on the trustee or Collective Investment Management Company or any other intermediary in the capital market.
