Regulation 49M - Applicability - Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996

1 [Applicability. 49M. (1) The provisions of this chapter shall apply to infrastructure debt fund schemes launched by mutual funds. (2) All other provisions of these regulations and the guidelines and circulars issued thereunder, unless the context otherwise require or repugnant to the provisions of this chapter, shall apply to infrastructure debt fund schemes, trustees and asset management companies in relation to such schemes. ] ************ NOTES:- 1 Chapter VI-B consisting of sections 49L to 49T, inserted by the SEBI (Mutual Funds) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011, w.e.f. 30-8-2011.
