Without prejudice to regulation 68, a mutual fund and/or asset management company shall be liable for action under the applicable provisions of the Act and the Regulations framed thereunder, (a) in case the advertisement issued is in contravention with the Advertisement Code specified in Sixth Schedule; (b) in case the valuation of securities is in contravention of the Principles of Fair Valuation specified in Eighth Schedule.] ************** NOTES:- 1 Inserted by the SEBI (Mutual Funds) (Amendment) Regulations, 2012, w.e.f. 21-2-2012.
