1 [CHAPTER II-A ELIGIBLE FUND MANAGERS Definitions 12A. For the purposes of this Chapter, unless the context otherwise requires (i) The term eligible fund manager shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in sub section (4) of Section 9A of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
