1 [Payment of fees. 10C. Every applicant eligible for grant of a certificate of registration as a clearing member shall pay such fees and in such manner as specified in Schedule III or Schedule V as the case maybe: Provided that the Board may on sufficient cause being shown permit the clearing member to pay such fees at any time before the expiry of six months from the date on which such fees become due. ] *************** NOTES:- 1 Chapter II-A inserted by the SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) (Second Amdt.)
