10. Leave sanctioning authority .- (1) Leave sanctioning authority,- (a) for Chairperson of the Adjudicating Authority shall be the Central Government, who shall also be sanctioning authority for Members, in case of absence of Chairperson; (b) for the Member of the Adjudicating Authority shall be the Chairperson. (2) The Central Government shall be the sanctioning authority for foreign travel to the Chairperson or the Member of the Adjudicating Authority.
