Mode of Disclosure of the offer document 29. (1) The offer document shall be displayed on the websites of stock exchange(s), issuer and lead manager which shall be available for download in PDF or any other format as may be specified by the Board. (2) The issuer shall file the offer document with the stock exchange(s), simultaneously while filing thereof with the Registrar of Companies, for dissemination on their respective websites prior to the opening of the issue.
