Substitution of references to certain expressions by certain other expressions 2 . In the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003) (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act), (a) for the words and figures the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) , wherever they occur, the words and figures the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) shall be substituted; (b) for the figures and word 1 of 1956 , wherever they occur, the figures and word 18 of 2013 shall be substituted. *********** Notes:- 1.
