Amendment of section 20. 15 . In section 20 of the principal Act, (a) in sub-section (1), for the words, brackets and letter clause (c) of that section , the words, brackets, letters and figure clause (c) of section 5 or acquisition of any control, shares, voting right or assets of an enterprise, merger or amalgamation referred to in clause (d) of that section shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (3), for the words by notification, enhance or reduce, on the basis of the wholesale price index or fluctuations in exchange rate of rupee or foreign currencies, the value of assets or the value of turnover , the words enhance or reduce by notification, or keep at the same level, on the basis of the wholesale price index or fluctuations in exchange rate of rupee or foreign currencies, or such factors that in its opinion are relevant in this matter, the value of assets or the value of turnover or value of transaction shall be substituted; (c) in sub-section (4), in clause (c), for the word combination , the word concentration shall be substituted. *********** Notes:- 1.
