1 [Appointment of the chief risk officer 81A. (1) Every depository shall appoint a chief risk officer to identify, monitor and initiate necessary steps to mitigate the risk associated with the functioning of a depository. (2) The chief risk officer shall be responsible for the overall risk management of the depository and submit a report to the Board on half-yearly basis. ] *************** NOTES:- 1.
