B., having been appointed as President/Member of the Goods and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, do solemnly affirm/do swear in the name of God that I will faithfully and conscientiously discharge my duties as the President/ Member of the Appellate Tribunal to the best of my ability, knowledge and judgment, without fear or favour, affection or ill-will.
