Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - Limited Liability Partnership (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2023

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th November, 2023 G.S.R. ..(E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 79 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely :- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Limited Liability Partnership (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
