Rule 3 - Pay - CCI (Salary, Allowances And Other Terms And Conditions Of Service Of Chairperson And Other Members) Rules, 2003

5 [3. Pay. (1) With effect from the 1st day of January, 2024, the Chairperson shall be paid a consolidated monthly salary of five lakh sixty-two thousand five hundred rupees and every Member shall be paid a consolidated monthly salary of five lakh rupees and they shall not be entitled to house and car. ] ************ NOTES:- 1. (1) Subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2), the Chairperson and every Member shall be paid a salary of six thousand rupees (fixed) per mensem. (2) If such person at the time of his appointment as Chairperson or other Member is in receipt of a pension in respect of any previous service under the Government or any local body or authority owned or controlled by the Government, or a High Court, or the Supreme Court, as the case may be, such salary shall be reduced by the amount of pension and pension equivalent of any other form of retirement benefits. 2.
