Competition Appellate Tribunal (Procedure for Appeals and Applications) Regulations, 2010 Dated 25-6-2011 In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 53-O of the Competition Act, 2002 (12 of 2003), the Competition Appellate Tribunal makes the following regulations, namely CHAPTER 1 GENERAL 1. Short title and commencement (1) These regulations shall be called the Competition Appellate Tribunal (Procedure for Appeals and Applications) Regulations, 2010. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
