7. Functions of the Registrar The Registrar shall ( a ) receive and register appeals, applications, interlocutory and all other miscellaneous applications; ( b ) maintain all records of the Tribunal; ( c ) represent the Tribunal before the Supreme Court in the event of an appeal under section 53 (T) of the Act, and ( d ) perform such other functions as the Chairperson may direct.
