SOCIAL SECURITY CERTIFICATES RULES, 1982 GSR 259(E), DATED 20-3-1982 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Government Savings Certificates Act, 1959 (46 of 1959), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely :- Short title, commencement and application. 1. (1) These rules may be called the Social Security Certificates Rules, 1982. (2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of June, 1982. (3) They shall apply to the Social Security Certificates.
