Para 1 - Short title and commencement - Dispute Resolution Scheme Rules, 2008

NOTIFICATION NO 28/2008-Service Tax, Dated : June 4, 2008 G.S.R. (E) - In exercise of the powers conferred of section 101 of the Finance Act, 2008 (18 of 2008), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: 1. Short title and commencement. - (1) These rules may be called the Dispute Resolution Scheme Rules, 2008 . (2) They shall come into force on the 1st day of July, 2008.
