119. Amendment of section 129. - In section 129 of the Customs Act, - (a) in sub-section (1), for the words and brackets "Gold (Control)", the words "Service Tax" shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (2), for the words "Central Legal Service", the words "Indian Legal Service" shall be substituted; (c) sub-section (4A) shall be omitted; (d) in sub-section (5), for the words "The Senior Vice-President or a Vice-President", the words "A Vice-President" shall be substituted.
